The energy consumption of each link of central heating system is affected by various factors, This article analyzed the energy consumption of heat, heat networks, heat transfer stations and pipe insulation. According to project example calculation and analysis of calculation results, the article pointed out factors that affect efficiency of heat, the network loss, the operation effect of heat transfer station and insulation effect. The article also proposed the run method of evry part that can achieve the highest efficiency and the lowest loss. The subject of the study includes the following four parts.(1) Considering reheat and not, when the place and quantity of pumping steam changed, the article analyzed parameters of thermal power plant. Choose appropriate changing data and place of pumping steam, According to the parameter that steam into the steam turbine, parameter that steam pumping from evry part, measure that regenerator steam, measure that reheat steam, parameter of water that give to boiler and condensate, calculate the total efficiency of power plants, ratio of electricity and heat, thermal efficiency of power generation, thermal efficiency of equivalent. Obtained the energy consumption variation of thermal power plant with the load.change. The article analyzed main factors that affect parameter indexs by comparing parameter indexs value in different operating conditions. This can provide foundation for the thermal power plant to develop strategies of energy-saving operation.(2) There was a comparative analysis between losses along the way of steam heating network and hot water heating network. The article proposed the calculation of the heat loss of hydrophobic, the heat loss of enthalpy reduce, the heat loss of heat transfer station discharge condensate in steam heating network and calculation of heat loss of hot water pipe network. According to the actual operation parameters of the steam pipe network. Apply calculation method in this paper, the various parts of the steam pipe heat loss was calculated. We measured the operation parameters in the hot water network that changed from steam heating network and calculate the heat loss of hot water pipe network hot water pipe network according to the calculation of loss. To compare the calculated result we can get that the loss of steam heating pipe is three times of hot water heating pipe.(3) The article analyzed the relationship that temperature changes and insulation thickness of steam pipe. Set the change step of steam temperature, according to calculation formula of the insulation thickness we can obtaine inside and outside the insulation thickness under different steam temperature. Since the industrial steam is running on summer, we calculated the insulation thickness of steam pipe and obtained heat loss change of different insulation thickness when the steam temperature was changing.(4) Analyzed the equipment selection and operation status in the heat transfer station. The equipment selection and operation status in the heat transfer station is one of the important parts that influence energy-saving of central heating system.The article obtained the best size of the the heat transfer station by analyzed actual power consumption and water consumption.And according to analyze pumps, heat exchangers and other major equipment selection proposed recommendation to optimize design on the equipment selection. In order to operating conditions of the heat transfer station meet the design conditions, the article propsed the method that the fitting of pump operating conditions guides the determine of the head and flow of pump. We analyzed the problems of example calculation heat transfer station and transformed. The operating conditions of system is fitted after transformation and obtained that system can help ensure the heating effect and energy after the transformation.
