With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,my country’s heating demand has grown rapidly.Under the situation that the country has advocated and promoted cogeneration and central heating,central heating has developed rapidly.Steam as a heating medium has a large heat capacity and frictional resistance.With the advantages of small size and wide application range,steam heating is more widely used.However,the parameters of steam in the heating pipe network vary greatly.During transportation,there are problems of hydraulic and thermal coupling such as phase change,pressure drop,heat dissipation,and heat storage in the insulation layer,and the heating load of some steam pipe networks is low.The network condensate and heat loss are too large,so the establishment of a steam pipe network simulation model to analyze the operating characteristics of the pipe network has always been a hot research topic.This article takes a steam pipe network in North China as an example to discuss in detail the heating status of the steam pipe network and the problems in operation.The idea of modular modeling is adopted to decompose the steam pipe network into two parts: pipe sections and nodes,respectively.Establish its mathematical model and use Fortran language to write computer programs.With the help of the Gen System integrated model development platform,the pipe section and node modules are established,and the pipe section modules and node modules are overlapped according to the transfer process of the working fluid in the pipe network to form a steam pipe network simulation.Model,and verify the accuracy of the model through actual operating data of the pipe network.Based on the established steam pipe network simulation model,the amount of condensed water in the pipe network under different steam supply flow,steam pressure,steam temperature and ambient temperature is analyzed,and the dynamic change trend of the pipe network condensate when the parameters are disturbed is analyzed.In addition,a typical working condition of the steam pipe network with and without condensate is selected,and the influence of different parameters on the heat loss and heat loss rate of the pipe network under the two working conditions is analyzed.Finally,the temperature of the outer wall of the steam pipe network was measured on-site,and the thermal insulation performance of the pipe network was analyzed.Based on the problems existing in the pipe network operation and the calculation results of the model,a method to reduce the heat loss rate of the pipe network was given.
