Solar power is the power supply mode which has prospect and significance in new century green energy, and the power inverter technology is solar power of core technology, the traditional inverter circuits which has analog separation devices connected had realized the great limitations in function. On this point, this paper has designs a solar power device by micro controller as control core, and it can overcome the traditional inverter circuit faults.The historical development and present status of solar power has been introduced in this paper, and the significance of solar power has been presented too. The work principle of solar panels has been introduced and the related theory and method were also descripted in detail. In addition, the solar power device with regulating function has been designed which based on the above theories.Sine pulse-width modulation technology plays an important role in power inverter technology, the parameter selection and quality directly affect the entire circuit performance, so the paper introduced specially sine pulse-width modulation technology, and analysed its influence to inverter systems.The hardware circuit system with the core of C8051 SCM which based on the characteristics of solar panels has been designed in this ethsis. The working principle and realization of dead zone circuit, the whole bridge inverter circuit, drive circuit and booster device's has been expressed in this paper. The selection of key device is also showed in detail.The debugging method and process of MCU is expressed detailly, the programming of undervoltage. over-voltage protection, over-current protection and frequency regulating functions are also descripted. The concept of most power tracing is introduced and the realization methods of which is also introducted too.The various parts of hardware system are adjusted and the results have been used for theoretical analysis and experimental study. In addition, the deficiency of the system is put forward and the improvement plan is expressed which lay the foundation for the further development of the device.
