In the field of researching rotating machinery vibration, vibration test and control technology is the one of the core subjects in the theoretical research and engineering application. Studying the vibration test and control technology has an important theoretical significance and engineering value in the area of researching rotating machinery vibration. During that research, the modern engineering test, active control theory and electromagnetic control theory etc have an important application. Rotating spindle is a kind of typical rotating machineries. This article using the engineering testing technology and electromagnetic control technology as tool, and applying the rotating spindle as the research object to discuss the rotating spindle vibration testing and vibration control. The main study in this paper is the rotating spindle vibration testing and vibration control of the rotating machinery.The main work summed up in this article is the following three points:Firstly, it has analyzed the current situation and existing problems in the research of the rotating machinery, sums up the main reason of the abnormal vibration in the rotating machinery, discusses some basic methods of the vibration measurement and active control, and establishes the axis orbit as an important basis to judging the rotor, which is to be in the running state or in the significance of failure. Therefore, monitoring the rotor's working status in real-time has the important meaning to analyse and diagnose the vibration fault accurately about the rotating machinery.Secondly, it builds the rotating shaft vibration measurement and control system platform, and designs hardware and software about the system platform. The hardware part includes the rotor test rig, sensor, data acquisition card, PC, analog control output card, and electromagnetic controller etc. With the programming software—Labview to use, the software part is to accomplish the compiling of procedure interface and code in system program. We using the rotating shaft vibration as the measurement object to complete the acquisition test and the active control software's experimental debugging.Thirdly, we use the theory and strategy of rotating machinery vibration , making Vibration of the rotating spindle as the research object,using the power of labview software functions during of the developing a rotating spindle vibration control software system. By the software system , Controller use electromagnetic vibration of rotating the spindle the active ,the controller of the electromagnetic do a active control of the vibration rotary axis. The results of the analysis of vibration control experiments to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the control experiment.Rotating Machinery Vibration Measurement and control system is supported by Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province. It has good control effect to improve the deflection of the spindle. The rotor system has improve the practical significance to promote the development of fault diagnosis technology, and can inhibit its harmful deflection .All of this ensure the safe operation of equipment has some practical value. If this system is applied into practice, there will be very important practical value engineering significance in active vibration control.
