All-terrain crane is a high-performance product that has characteristics of both truck cranes and Off-road Crane.Superior performance in mobile conditions, all terrain crane also to the development of large tonnage to meet the demand for more loading conditions.By the end of 2003,all All-terrain cranes in the Chinese market import,after xugong launching 25 tons All-terrain crane in 2003, Xugong group launched QAY400 and QAY500 All-terrain cranes in the Shanghai BUMA engineering machinery exhibition in 2008.In 2010 Shanghai BUMA exhibition China enterprise have XCMG and Sany that exhibited thousand tons of All-terrain cranes.Zoomlion also launched 400 tons, 500 tons.All-terrain cranes of large tonnage has reached the international advanced level.In the background of rapid development of all the All-terrain crane, higher request is put forward about how to ensure the safety of products.Although foreign product can provide us reference,the core technology of product design still needs to study.The complexity of Large-tonnage products in arms frame structure form and scale, the results of the hoisting working are higher than small tonnage cranes.It is a important step to ensure the product quality that the strength of large-tonnage All-terrain cranes must be calculated precisely.The method that this article discusses is the use of simplified beam model to calculate the crane boom structure,When calculation,we consider the limit load of equipment work and the influence of large deformation after equipment loading.its accuracy has been verified by experiments.In addition, in the base of the performance of the previous analytical method,in order to achieve a multi-performance computing batch conditions and improve effectively the design of the precision and speed,we use the finite element model to calculate and extract the performance control,and calculate the lifting performance under design models.This program has been applied in the development of xugong group large-tonnage All-terrain cranes,and the effectiveness has been verified.In addition, this set of procedures make for the travel of parametric method.
