This paper presents a design method of AMT motor driver shift control system, including the design of the electric actuator system, hardware design and software design. In the design of actuators, choice of shift agencies (including ECU and motor) is very important, and selection should have a scientific theory basis. Based on the experimental data and the load process, the motor parameters are determined and driving circuit is designed. In the hardware system design, TCU, parts of the input/output channel and sensor are designed. In software design, procedure of changing, choosing-gear procedures, the clutch engaging process and procedure, shifting program, etc is designed. Main results are as follows:â‘ In large vehicle, the feasibility of using motor drive scheme is verifiedFor truck motor drive system, automatic shifting is not a research work. Changing gear actuators is proposed in this research projects, especially the clutch control scheme. Through these researches and developments, and the feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified. Through the experimental process, although perfection is still needed, but basically the original design goal is completed and reached.â‘¡the motor-driven shifting controlThe development of the motor drive and control algorithm including selected shift mechanism design, motor and power circuit, choose shift control algorithm, clutch to control and shift the shift motor drive, and throttle control motor and the coordinated control algorithm schedule clutch.â‘¢The innovation achievement of clutch actuatorsIn large car (commercial car, bus) development of pneumatic motor drive AMT and a difficulty is the AMT control problem of automatic clutch. With motor-driven clutch, motors often required power, big volume, high power, installation difficulties, etc. When the clutch cylinder is difficult, control performance is to guarantee. In this paper, the clutch actuators for motor drive and pneumatic drive AMT control problem solving clutch has important practical significance.Based on some problems, it also reflects:â‘ the clutch control: Because shell stress is not suitable for using aluminum material, currently the high pressure is separated.â‘¡gearbox actuators: cover, and the transmission part should change gear lever with overall consideration design actuators, otherwise, cannot guarantee the new organization and the original part of good connections and optimization design. Further optimization control algorithm, improve working conditions of loading status changes adaptability. Consider emergency measures and fault diagnosis.
