The development of the automotive industry has brought the convenience for us but also the environment pollution in the past century.In order to meet the global demand for energy conservation and emissions reduction,NEV has been the subject of today's automobile industry development,developing the electric bus and the hybrid bus in the urban public transportation system has been the important breakthrough in the new energy technology.Although the electric vehicle can be directly driven by the motor,the efficiency of the motor is greatly influenced by the operating point of the motor,so the electric vehicle is also need the transmission to improve the power performance and the driving distance.This thesis takes the electric bus equipped with DC motor controlled AMT as the research object,focusing on the study of the shifting process control of the AMT.(1)Shifting schedule based on the driving resistance recognition.Firstly this thesis states the importance of the recognition of the driving resistance for the shifting process of the AMT,then introduced the recognition method suit for this electric bus,finally established the shifting schedule for the electric bus.(2)The AMT shifting process and control strategy analysis.The thesis did the kinetic analysis for the shifting process of the AMT without synchronizer and formulated the control strategy according to the analysis results.According to the impact restrict of the vehicle we got the reducing and increasing rate of the motor torque during the shifting process.Building the kinetic model of the shifting process,laying the foundation for the shifting process control.(3)Shifting motor control theory and modeling.Getting the relationship between the track of sliding dog and the voltage of the shifting motor by combining the kinetic analysis result of the actuator and the shifting process kinetic model.By establishing the shifting motor model we developed the self-adaptive control algorithm.(4)Shifting process control optimization.According to the equation of state of the control system,we know that the controlling type of the system is the Bang-Bang control.Combining the shifting resistance model and the actuator model we established the self-adaptive control algorithm of the shifting process by drawing lessons from the Bang-Bang control algorithm.The vechicle test shows that the performance of the control algorithm is very good,and it has deeply reduced the difficulty of the calibration.
