Hydraulic mechanical continuously variable transmission range of applications in engineering vehicles and tractors and other heavy vehicles,heavy vehicles because the work environment is extremely harsh and complicated cndition,so the use of hydraulic mechanical continuously varable transmission to acheeve the construction vehicles on the tracters and other heavy vehicles stepless automatic transmission is becoming incrasingly inportant.Continuously variable transmission to achieve not also greatly reduce the drivers labor intensity and improve ride comfort.At present,the hydraulic mechanical transmisssion of many,but for the quality of the reserrch literature section is small,and not a sound strategy for segment control theory.Therefor the depth of the hydraulic mechanical continuously variable transmission for a smoothe section of the study has imprttant theoretical and practical significance.This hydraulic mechanical continuously variable transmission to improve the qualuty segment for the main purpuse.Following this research. Detailed description of the double drive principle, and selected sub-type of moment will speed hydraulic mechanical continuously variable transmission, and its rotational speed, torque, power and efficiency of a detailed analysis. Proposed for the quality evaluation section, the establishment of the dynamic hydraulic mechanical continuously variable transmission characteristic equation. In this paper, MATLAB simulation software SIMULINK and STATEFLOW platform, the exchange was established HMCVT segment model. On the clutch pressure, bonding time to simulate and analyze the pressure and made the best clutch engagement strategy. Simulation test of the strategy to verify the correctness and feasibility of simulation. The results of this study to improve the exchange of the hydraulic mechanical continuously variable transmission has a stationary section of theoretical and practical significance.
