Power shift transmission is widely used due to the dynamic characteristics of uninterrupted shifting.Power shift transmission usually shifts through the collocation of one or more pairs of multi plate wet clutch,which can effectively reduce shift impact,improve shifting comfort and prolong the service life.However,the most important to comprehensive evaluation of transmission quality is the indicator of shift quality and shift time.The shift time and shift quality are mutually contradictory,therefore it needs to research on power shift transmission and clutch system as much as possible to improve shift quality and accelerate the shift time.Based on the 4D + 4R fixed-shaft power shift system,the details of work have been done are as follows:(1)According to the actual needs of the project,the parameters of multi plate wet clutch module were designed,and the parameters were checked to ensure the parameters can meet the requirements,and provided a basic preparation for the analysis of the latter.(2)Modeling and simulation were done by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench aimed at the O-ring and piston groove,and the optimization scheme was put forward.At the same time,the sealing performance of the hydraulic cylinder of the wet clutch and the change of the friction force in the movement process of the piston are also analyzed,to provide reference for the response time and control strategy of wet clutch hydraulic cylinder(3)According to the above analysis results,based on AMESim and Simulink,a hydraulic cylinder model of multi wet clutch and the vehicle transmission model of clutch combination process were established.The two parts were jointly simulated,and the different oil inlet time of clutch hydraulic cylinder was analyzed.The oil inlet pressure and two different oil intake strategies were simulated and analyzed.(4)Based on the establishment model of multi wet clutch and analysis of shifting time and shifting quality,the design of test bench and testing program were confirmed.(5)The work done in this paper was summarized,and deficiencies and shortcomings of this study was put forward,so as to prepare for the smooth progress of the follow-up work.
