The suspension device of double tracked all-terrain vehicle flexibly connect the body and the wheels, it can pass all the force and torque between body and wheels,which cushion and absorb the impact because of the road surface excitation, so it can reduce body vibration, to ensure that the vehicle riding comfort and operational stability.Mainly relying on a cooperation project of a double tracked all-terrain vehicle manufacture between Jilin University and Harbin Special Vehicle Limited Company, This study make a research on the vehicle's suspension device. Using Semi-active suspension,through simulation, This study want to prove its greater capability and than the passive suspension device and cost-effectiveness than the active suspension Rarely used in today's semi-active suspension tracked vehicle areas, there are broad prospects for development.This study mainly optimizes the suspension device of the double tracked vehicles's front one. The main content includes the following sections:(1) Firstly,the study describes the overall structure of semi-active suspension and its principle, and selecting the appropriate damping coefficient for semi-active suspension damping damper, according the force interactions between the double tracked vehicles and the V angle barrier with larger probability to determine the adjustable damper layout scheme in suspension system of the tracked vehicle.(2) Secondly, according to the evaluation index, establish dynamics model for single round and half car suspensions and simulation dynamic equation based on Matlab/simulink. At the same time this paper establish the road excitation model by filter white noise simulation method.(3) Then,this paper designs the fuzzy logic control system, firstly selecting the 2D fuzzy controller as fuzzy controller of this article, then summing up 49 fuzzy control rules which are listed in the table and selecting the body vertical and pitch acceleration as the input variable of the fuzzy controller, adjustable output variable damper coefficient as the output variable. Then, the study select the basic domain and domain of input and output variables and ascertain the scale factor of input variables and proportion factor of output variables.(4) Finally, this study makes simulation on passive suspension of the tracked vehicle and semi-active suspension model basing on Matlab/simulink, the establishment of the simulink model includes two kinds of device model including with a single wheel suspension model with two dynamic degrees and half of the front vehicle with eight dynamic degrees,to the first one, the study determines the output variables as vertical body acceleration suspension deflection and tire deflection; to the other, the study determines body vertical acceleration,body pitch angular acceleration,suspension deflection and tire deflection of the first,the second and the sixth wheel as the output variables. Through the respectively simulation of passive suspension device and semi-active suspension device and compare the same evaluation indexes shows that the capability of semi-active suspension device is significantly superior than the passive suspension and further evidence of semi-active suspension of vehicles is much higher than the passive suspension vehicles in riding comfort and operational stability,.
