| Satellite city as one of the layout pattern of the city is an important development direction. As the primary stage of satellite city development, large urban settlement's traffic problems cannot be neglected. One of the most importent traffic problems is the serious traffic jam between large urban settlement and the city center in peak hours. Solved its traffic problem is of service to the healthy development of the city. The effective solution is developing public transport, improving bus service standards and improving bus attractive. In addition, person trip analysis of large urban settlement is very important. To improve the operational management level and increase bus attractive, the most effective way is research on the urban public transport scheduling based on person trip analysis.Based on the above research purposes, this paper describes the origin and status, the traffic situation and the existed traffic problems of the large urban settlement. Then, this paper describes some indicators of person trip characteristics, and discusses in detail the characteristics of various travel modes and factors which affect residents' travel mode choices. Make Huilongguan as the research subject which is one large urban settlement in Beijing, we discusse the traffic situation of Huilongguan and analyze person trip characteristics of residents in Huilongguan. Based on these and start from the person trip characteristics of the large urban settlement, public transport scheduling optimization model is established, and the theory of genetic algorithms is introduced to solve the model.The model is based on that passengers'interests took precedence over the business's interests. The objective function of model is established by getting the minimum of bus companies'operating cost and expenses of the passengers, and it give passengers'cost a weight number that is bigger than that of bus companies' operating cost. Considering the passengers'trip time distribution and the traffic impact it bring, we establish the objective function by considering passengers'inbus journey cost in peak hours and other time separately. The trip time of residents in large urban settlement is relatively long. Model constraint conditions are established in view of the trip time. Then genetic algorithms is used to solve the model.Lastly, make 344 express bus that joins the center of beijing and Huilongguan as an example.The established mathematical model is applied in the practical application. And MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox is used to solve the model. Through comparative analysis, the results show that the bus scheduling optimization model this paper proposed and its solution algorithm is feasible for public transport scheduling optimization which connect the large urban settlement and the center of the city. |
