Study On Dispatching Problem Of Public Transport For The Large-scale Activity

Many people are accumulated by large-sacle activities in a certain space of city in a short time, which poses a severe challenge to the regular public transport system which severs for resident commuting. In recent years, due to the frequently holding of large-scale activities, it becomes a pressing problem for government and public transport agency to meet the passenger flow traffic demand caused by the large-scale activities. The urban ground public transport organization method especially the public transport scheduling theory is analyzed, combining the characteristics of large-sacle activities, considering principles of scientific and practical. Only studying according to the characteristics of large-scale activities, can the research be carried out with a better confirm to reality. It is of practical significance to study on the public transportation organization and public transport scheduling combined with the characteristics of large-scale activities since there is less research on this at home and abroad.Considering both the mass passenger flow demand and the basic requirements of public transport scheduling operations, the related public transport scheduling problems for the passenger flow caused by the large-scale activity are analyzed.1.The definition and characteristics of large-scale activity are elaborated according to which large-scale activities are classified. On this basis the influence of large-scale activities over urban traffic system is analyzed; through analyzing passenger flow distribution characteristics during the large-scale activities, then public transport organization and scheduling measures of large-scale activities is studied, and the influence of large-scale activities on the public transport scheduling during large-scale activities are summarized.2.Public transport operation organization of large-scale activity is studied. Large-scale activities timetable establishment model is established through analyzing and studying timetable establishment. Then different modes of public transport dispatching and selection basis of each category are analyzed.3.Characteristics of conventional public transport operations services and public transport dispatching model is analyzed, on this basis of analyzing the characteristics of public transport operations services and the public transport scheduling model. Public transport dispatching model of the large-scale activities are established, and then designs an improved genetic algorithm to solve public transport dispatching model of the large-scale activities. Lastly, an example is introduced to verify the public transport dispatching model and algorithm to confirm its feasibility.
