According to Technical equipment for power quality improvement and product diversification, it is necessary to develop various types of devices, including power quality disturbances with a certain bandwidth and drive capability of the power quality disturbance generating device, in the laboratory simulating various power quality phenomena. For power quality measurement, analysis, evaluation and control platform to establish a basis. Therefore, it is proposed to simulate the load current characteristics of a disturbance generating device.The paper introduces the harmonic problems in power quality, reactive power problems, current fluctuations, and the causes of these problems and the impact was analyzed and summarized, and thus the necessary of the current disturbance generating device was presented.In this paper, the characteristics of high-pressure system, the current high-voltage power converter topology is analyzed and compared. And made applicable to the current disturbance device topology and parameters for the prototype design, main circuit parameter design method is general, the design method is also applicable for the high-pressure systemThis paper also studied all parts of control strategy according to the current disturbance characteristics of the device, and gives the final control block diagram.Control system hardware is based on EtherCAT control network with all-digital controller, the software part achieves the control instructions issued, the waveform management.Based on the theoretical study and simulation, the 10KV Grid Operation experiment which is verified hardware and software design has been finished. The experimental result proves the correctness of the analysis conclusion.
