As the control center of a power generation unit, the coordinated control system (CCS) is the core of a modern power plant, plays an important role in the improvement of power enterprises'efficiency, reduction of the process of productions'energy consumption and the equipments'incidence. CCS is a multi-variable nonlinear control system, which is a generally strongly coupled, nonlinear and time varying system with large settling times. The complexities make it difficult to establish nonlinear dynamic model of the unit, and increase difficulties of tuning of the controller parameters, which make it hard to achieve satisfying effect.The paper aims at the modeling the system, and the controller parameters' optimization of the 600MW unit CCS in Tuoketuo Power Plant. Advanced model identification and simulations optimization methods were used, and the coordinated control simulation system was chosen as the study subject, Matlab/Simulink was used as a simulation tools. The main study works of this dissertation are summarized as follows:1,Modeling of the nonlinear dynamic model of the unit. The nonlinear dynamic model was chosen as the study subject, the method of parameters identification based on improved genetic algorithm toolbox was proposed. The simulation results show the identified model is valid and reliable.2,Establishment of the coordinated control simulation system. From the DCS algorithm instructions and SAMA of the CCS, the coordinated control simulation circuit based on Simulink was obtained. The CCS simulation system was got by closing the circuit and the unit model.3,Optimization of the CCS. The CCS controller parameters were optimized by GAOT, on this basis, the parameters was optimized further by the Signal Constraint (S-C) Blockset, which makes the two methods integration. The control performance of CCS is improved obviously.4,Fuzzy self-tuning PID controllers apply to CCS. The design and optimization method of the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller was studied. The fuzzy control inquiry platform was composed by making use of DCS conventional functional modules, which was applied to CCS. The simulation results show that the performance of the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is better than the traditional PID and the scheme is feasible. The methods of system modelling and control optimization proposed by this paper not only have theory research value, but also have engineering application meanings, which have some reference for CCS'modelling and optimization work of the other power plants.
