In recent years, the number of domestic cars in China has increased year by year.The safety requirement of child occupant is increasingly prominent. In October 2007, China's first "motor vehicle child occupant restraint system" standards had been finished with the opening for comments, and is expected to effect in 2011. The implementing of the standards will fill gaps in child restraint laws. As an occupant, child must use the child restraint system at that time. In this context, carrying out the research of the integrated child restraint system is important.Application of the analysis results, using of orthogonal experiment method.In this paper, the research and design of the integrated child restraint system take the method which combined with simulation and test. The work mode of integrated child restraint system is designed based on the Development goals. And the grouping method of the child occupant sitting height has been proposed. Designing the initial structure of the relevant parts and building the digital models is on this basis. Through integration and motion simulation of the main components to test the accuracy of structural design. In order to predict the structural strength performance of the integrated child restraint system in frontal impact, carrying out the strength analysis of the initial structure, and improve the structure based on the results. on condition that the structural strength of the parts meet the requirements, making the various frontal impact conditions to analysis parameters of the integrated child restraint system on the value of children's injury response in the impact., and using experiment design method to calculate the optimization value of parameter., through the stability analysis optimal parameters combination is validated reasonable. After completion of the above work, produce the integrated child restraint system. Through the various front sled tests, validate the integrated child restraint system performance of structural strength and crash protection.The integrated child restraint system which is design in this paper, is matching with the vehicle and easy to handle, also could protect children's safety in a variety of front impact conditions. The research and design of the integrated child restraint system take the method which combined with simulation and test, ensuring that performance meeting the objectives of the constraints and savings cost. For the research of child occupant protection technology to provide reference. On the increasing use of child restraint systems has important significance.
