Sustainable development of energy and the environment is an important issue in today's world. Electric vehicles as green energy vehicles have been developed rapidly. Lithium-ion battery for its high energy density, small size, cycle more times becomes numerous automobile manufacturers preferred power source for electric vehicles. In order to research the application of lithium-ion battery technology in depth, power battery test equipment which is used to test the performance of the power battery becomes crucial.To this end, according to the test lithium-ion battery needs, we designed large capacity power battery test equipment which can simulate various kinds of actual working conditions to test the dynamic performance of battery. The large capacity power battery test equipment is designed by a new type of multiple bi-directional DC/DC converter topology structure. This paper designed the digital control system based on digital signal processor, used digital circuit instead of conventional analog circuitry to achieve control of the whole circuit.The main circuit in this paper is by the new multiple bridge bidirectional DC/DC circuit topology to achieve a very wide range of output voltage and large output power levels. This paper designed the main circuit parameters and digital control strategy, and made loop simulation in the MATLAB/Simulink environment; analysis of the methods that how to make parallel inductance current same, designed a method to make parallel inductance current same though separate controlling the parallel inductance current in software. This paper put forward a software and hardware design scheme of digital control system to DSP56F803 as the core for Multiple Bi DC/DC converter, finished debugging process to battery test equipment prototype. DC output voltage can achieve a wide range of 3-500V output, DC current can achieve of 3-200A output. Charge efficiency achieves 94%at half load; meet the requirements of system design. Voltage, current ripple were less than 5%.
