High-speed railway in China has entered a new period of large-scale development, and slab track in high-speed railway has been widely used. Currently, there are main two types of track slab structure, CRTS-I in Japan and German Borg slab CRTS-â…¡, both of which are using emulsified asphalt cement mortar, in short CMA, as the filling layer material to support the slab, buffer load and adjust the construction accuracy. However the ambient and construction process have a greater impact on CMA's performance, because it contains a large amount of organic polymer materials.Self-compacting concrete has good fluidity, uniformity and workable, etc. and is not so sensitive to environmental conditions, as well as excellent mechanical property and durability, therefore, an innovative design called CRTS-â…¢track structure by some researchers is tried out in China, the filling layer material of which is self-compacting concrete. As the filling layer of CRTS-â…¢track, SCC should have has a good construction property, sufficient strength, high durability not only to ensure comfort and safety of the high-speed railway, but also less maintenance effort and economy in high-speed railway structure. Therefore, the filling layer SCC is one of the key engineering materials in new slab track structure.The paper has a good considerate on the structural characteristics of the new type slab track and the performance requirements of self-compacting concrete, and study the rheological properties, mix design and basic performance of filling layer SCC used in slab track. The main work and the important achievements are:After considering the structural characteristics of Slab track, rheological properties of self-compacting concrete and evaluation methods, studying the flow state of self-compacting concrete under the track board and characteristics of the filling layer SCC, analyzing the reasonable of evaluation method to the filling layer SCC, an easier way VISJ to make rapid assessment of anti-segregation properties in reperfusion is proposed; It has a systemic research on relations between material composition and properties of the filling layer SCC, and optimizes the filling layer SCC's mix design of C60. A suitable mix design method of high-performance filling layer SCC is put forward in this paper, which combined the fixed volume of gravel content method, the parameter method with the aggregate surUUFAce area method; After studying workable performance, mechanical properties and dimensional stability of filling layer SCC, a high-performance Filling layer SCC is prepared. The preparation technology of filling layer SCC is studied, which have a good guide in the application of self-compacting concrete in slab track.
