Deck Crane is a machine set on ship's deck.This structure of this kind crane is very compact, made shipping can have more effective deck area to use,and it has less affected about the observation of bridge upstairs, it is also operate easily, loading and unloading it with high efficiency, flexible and need not multifarious preparations before operation, and so it becomes more widely used.Since the 20th century, with the leaps and bounds development of the computer technology, the perfect combination of computer technology and mathematics and mechanics, graphics, etc, it has played an important role in the promotion about the research and development of engineering machinery. But so far, the machinery design method is still mostly used static design such as in the Marine deck cranes and engineering machinery,and it is not well considered the dynamic effect,often take the experience method to select dynamic load coefficient to consider the influence of dynamic loading in the design process,so there is some difference between the calculated dynamic load effect and actually dynamic load effect.Currently,the effective method of solving this problem is the introduction of the virtual prototype technology, according to set up the virtual prototyping model about the research object by computer, realize the simulation analysis of mechanical agencies, structure in different conditions, so they could more genuinely analysis out the various mechanical parameters when actual machines are in operation process,so as to achieve the comprehensive analysis of the whole motion.results of this technology are correct.This paper mainly research the following aspects:(1) Rigid-Flexible coupling virtual prototype modeling technology research about the Marine deck cranes. With Rigid-Flexible coupling dynamics theory as foundation, using three-dimensional entity modeling software, finite element analysis software ANSYS and dynamics analysis software ADAMS establish rigid body, flexible body of Marine deck cranes,and Rigid-Flexible coupling model.(2) The dynamic characteristics and load research about Marine deck cranes. Using multibody system dynamics theory, establishes agencies dynamic model of the Marine deck cranes and calculation crane machine structure under different conditions to get dynamic load which each agency operates produced.(3) The structural dynamics simulation about Marine deck cranes in typical operation modes.Taking 300t deck cranes as actual project background, using SolidWorks, ADAMS, ANSYS,etc software platform, combined with the modeling method of Rigid-Flexible coupling. To realize the dynamic simulation about this crane in different conditions,and get relevant simulation analysis data,and then compare it with conventional analysis method, proof calculation...
