Tower cranes are main lifting and transportation equipment at present,which can finish long-distance and high-intensity transportation works in space.Cargoes are often lifted and transported by lifting,rotating and translating operations of tower crane.The vibrations of the whole machine structure induced by movement of the mechanisms,which even affected the stability of the structure.A rigid-flexible coupling tower crane virtual prototype was established by Adams,ANSYS and Solid Works software,the vibration response curves of the whole machine structure were obtained for lifting,transporting,rotating single working conditions and lifting transportation,lifting rotation,lifting transportation rotation compound working conditions,the vibration law of whole machine structure was getting further study.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Learned structure drawings and calculation books of the tower crane,structure loads,connection between the structures and materials of the structure were necessary preparations for tower crane research.After that,the design of tower crane structure was simplified and the modeling dimensions of each structure is determined.Solid model of the whole machine was established by Solid Works,rigid model of the tower crane was established by the interface of ADAMS,and a finite element model was established by importing flexible structures to ANSYS,a serious of operations such as perform meshing,build nodes and output MNF files was finished by ANSYS.Finally,rigid structures were replaced and wire ropes were established by ADAMS,a rigid-flexible coupling tower crane virtual prototype is established.(2)Simulations of rigid tower cranes,flexible jib tower cranes and flexible tower cranes under the same working conditions and dynamic parameters were finished,and the structural vibration response curves of the whole machine were obtained.The effect law of structural characteristics on structural vibration of the whole machine was researched by comparing response curves.Simulations of flexible jib tower crane and the flexible tower crane were finished of different gears and different dynamic parameters,and the vibration response curves of each structure were obtained.The effect law on the structure vibration of the whole machine was researched for different parameters such as the lifting speed,transporting speed,rotating speed,cargoes lifting height and cargoes mass.(3)The vibration test of the tower crane structure was completed by QTZ5613 tower crane vibration test platform under different dynamic parameters and working conditions.The simulation curves were compared with the test curves for analysis after data process of the vibration test curves of each structure.The differences and sources of errors were analyzed between test data and simulation data,the accuracy of simulation results were verified,and a basis for eliminating structural vibration will be provided in the next step.
