Study background of the subject was introduced in the first, the research situation on platform vehicle at home and abroad was presented, the insufficient of the domestic and the gap with foreign was analyzed,the purpose and meaning of study was introduced, combined with the subject background and research situation at home and abroad,the main content was put forward.Then, in order to understand the content more clearly and carry out subject content better,the basic knowledge of platform vehicle related with this thesis and work process of each system were analyzed;Dynamic driving mode of platform vehicle,the function and design requirements of drive axle shell,form of axle shell and basic technical parameters of whole vehicle were introduced.Then, the design of hydraulic driving system was done. The basic form of walking hydraulic system was determined;Hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor control mode is selected, and their control principle was introduced simply; Selection for main hydraulic components was completed, and a good match between the hydraulic components was ensured.Then, modeling design of drive axle shell was done; The sizes that main probably affect the drive axle shell's modeling design wre introduced,and their probable affectation was analyzed in detail; Preliminary of the modeling design was completed on the base of the analysis,and local modification was done through theory analysis.The force situation of platform vehicle was analyzed; Workers condition for the shell's strength and stiffness check was selected;Finite element method calculation model was established using ANSYS;Submitted calculation and analyzed calculation results; According to calculation results, local modification was done; Strength and stiffness analysis was completed again, results met the requirements.The method of fatigue analysis was determined; The process of fatigue analysis and fatigue damage theroy were introduced; Got the material's S-N curve through experience method; Worker condition for the shell's fatigue strength was selected; The factors that affecting axle shell's fatigue life was analyzed;Finite element method calculation model was established using Workbench; Submitted calculation, calculation results indicated that the whole of the drive axle shell could reach design life safely, fatigue strength check results met the requirements.Research of this thesis solved company's practical problem,and provided references for the same type of research, has practical significance and value.
