Study shows that, torsional vibration of vehicle transmission shaft and the noise made by it are one of the major factors to affect the using performance of automobile. In order to reduce noise, attenuate vibration and improve the smoothness of driving, people developed clutch disc torsional vibration damper in early period. Dual-mass flywheel torsional damper has been developing in recent years, short for DMF. With its excellent vibration and noise reduction performance, DMF is gradually taking place of the traditional disc, and has been widely used in modern cars.DMF's widespread use drives its production, we need to develop a scientific and regulated production test specifications to guide mass production, to ensure eligibility. The theory research and manufacturing abroad has been mature, but domestic research is in the initial stage, lots of technology is not mature. To solve this problem, this article combined with the actual situation of domestic enterprises, in the basis of existing research, design a DMF specifications. Mainly do the following work:1,Dual-mass flywheel torsional vibration calculation model was established. According to the equivalent theory, we calculated the equivalent moment of inertia and torsional stiffness of the parts of the drive shaft combined with actual dual-mass flywheel shaft power system structure features. Then we established the automotive driveline torsional vibrations model under different stalls of transmission. Finally we took idle and one of vehicle stalls for example, calculated its torsional vibration equation, analyzed the damping performance of DMF theoretically;2,We took VM25C drive shaft matched LUK1005060RAA as research objects, designed the performance testing method of DMF, focusing on the torsional vibration test stand principle, design, test methods;3,Established the inspection and testing methods of the three main parameters(moment of inertia, torsional stiffness, damping) that influence the performance of DMF, elaborated the principles of setting up the test bench and methods, then carried out test to verify their correctness; 4,According to those test methods, we designed dual mass flywheel inspection specifications which is Relatively complete, including design specifications, performance testing specifications, parametric testing specifications and production testing specifications.
