Problems for the commonly used dual mass flywheel production use, put forward a new cam mechanism to transmit torsion moment of the solution, the specific structure of the new type of cam mechanisms is determined through the analysis. The structure of new cam mechanism of mechanics analysis and modeling, and according to the principle of geometry, mechanics model based on the established the corresponding mathematical model. The agency of the torsion of rectangular function can be obtained in the mathematical model based on, using MATLAB software and C language analysis of the rectangular function, so as to obtain the new cam mechanism to transmit torque of rules.On the basis of the new cam torque transfer rules and for torsional vibration analysis, provide a reference for primary design of the parameters of the model of dual mass flywheel. Landwind assembly VM engine of a vehicle as the research object, based on the transmission line equivalent conversion principle, set up the assembly of dual mass flywheel VM engine transmission torsional vibration of the simplified model, according to the simplified model, the introduction of the corresponding mathematical model. By using MATLAB software to solve the mathematical model, the free vibration analysis of the simplified model is carried out. The dynamic model was established by ADAMS/view software, and the forced vibration analysis of the simplified model was carried out. Through free vibration and the forced vibration analysis shows that assembly dual mass flywheel on the engine torsional vibration to vibration and noise reduction. And, through the above analysis, find out the main factors that affect the performance of the torsional vibration of the transmission system,the analysis of torsional vibration of a certain type of vehicle transmission system based on LuFeng, the cam mechanism of the the new type dual mass flywheel for the models, design of new typed cam mechanism type dual mass flywheel moment of inertia, spring stiffness, the radius of the cam, torsional damping, the four main parameters. Simplified mechanical model is established by using ADAMS/view, the design parameters are substituted into the simulation. It is proved that the design can meet the requirements of the model, the nonlinear torsional properties more in line with the requirements for torsional vibration.
