This paper mainly takes the serious tube explosion of the SG-220t boiler's water-cooling wall as the research object,and through carrying on examination and analytic study,finding out that high temperature erosion is the main reason for the tube explosion. Therefore doing research on the theory analysis and mechanism of the high temperature erosion. On this basis, this paper chosing and using arc spraying technology as an active preventive measures for anti-erosion and using Ni-Cr coatings,which have good behavior in resisting high temperature erosion. We have carried on the practice in the significant parts of the SG-220t boiler in Tangshan New District Thermal Power Plant.The result showing that this method will effectively prolong the using life of the high temperature water-cooling wall,and improve the reliability of the Power-plant boiler, and show that this method is an economic,practical and feasible implementation program,and have a certain significance and reference price.
