This paper takes the once-through boiler of SGI000-17015551555-M305 made by Shanghai boiler manufacturer as its researching object. The theoretical calculation and experimental analysis are completed on the temperature of water wall tubes under different operating condition. After analyzing the reason of water wall tube-explosion, this paper has finished the furnace stage thermal calculation, mass distribution of working material and heat-exchanging condition in water wall tubes under all operation condition. The temperature condition of water wall tubes is calculated and analyzed comprehensively with Finite Element Method. The reason causing abnormal temperature field of water wall is put forward and studied quantitatively. The experimental method and results on water wall temperature are presented in Chapter 3. At last, the conclusion of theoretical analyzing is compared with that of experiment and some suggestion are mentioned on the reconstruction of this boiler.
