Recently, with the increasing emphasis on the environmental protection and the gradual exhaustion of non-renewable energy resource, distributed generation are widely used because of its advantages, such as clean, efficient, flexible, and so on. Distributed power accessing to the network will have a series of influence, so we should establish a scientific and rational method for urban power network based on Distributed power. This paper firstly analyzes the supply influence of distributed power on urban power network, supply risk evaluation model of distributed power has been established. Then analyzes the demand influence of user response on urban power network, electricity demand forecast model with real-time electricity price has been established. On this basis, urban power grid load demand forecast model with the distributed power also has been established. Then, proposes the urban power grid planning process, establish the urban power network planning model with the distributed power. The minimum of investment, operation and maintenance expenses as to the objective function, and the balance of power supply and demand, tidal current, voltage, current, the injection capacity of distributed power, and so on as to the constraint conditions. Finally, an example had been used to validate the model and algorithm. The result shows that the model is feasible.
