In recent years, as the contradiction between the growth of energy demand and the exhaustion of fossil fuel resources becoming serious, Large-scaled distributed generation has become a certain trend of the electric power industry development. Reasonably planed power capacity of the micro-grid which contains wind power, photovoltaic power and energy storage would do a lot benefit to the utilization of renewable resources and the economic efficiency of micro-grid. To achieve this purpose, the research aiming at the power planning scheme of typical micro-grid with wind power, photovoltaic power and energy storage is not only the priority of micro-grid construction, but also the precondition of micro-grid strategy development project.The purpose and the meaning of the power planning scheme of typical micro-grid research was first introduced in this thesis, along with the domestic and overseas research actuality. On the foundation of conventional method of power planning, this thesis analyzed the structure and characteristic of typical micro-grid with wind power, photovoltaic power and energy storage, brought out the optimum management plan of the micro-grid internal load, established the cost model of micro-grid internal power component, and optimized the power planning method of micro-grid with wind power, photovoltaic power and energy storage.On this basis, while focusing on the different operating mode of micro-grid and aiming at the comprehensive economic aspects, this thesis established the micro-grid power planning module in both grid mode and island mode. Considering different types of power sources, an optimized allocation scheme of micro-grid power resource was brought out based on genetic algorithm. Afterwards, advanced improvements was proposed in different operating modes: while in grid mode, the short duration failure of main grid was considered, and the optimized fuel storage of different months was calculated based on average recovery time; while in island mode, the operating method of micro-grid considering the seasonal characteristics of renewable resources was improved.In the end, taking the grid/island micro-grid in remote area because of distribution network update as an example, this thesis brought out the optimized allocation scheme of micro-grid power resource under different mode based on the calculation of different micro-grid module. According to the analysis of examples, the method proposed in this thesis can improve the utilization ratio of renewable energy, gaine its own environmentally friendliness, and enhance the economy and stabilization of micro-grid operation.
