Thermal economic analysis methods are based on the second law of thermo-dynamics. This method not only care of the number of energy in precise measure, but also other more important aspects including environmental factors and other investment factors, using this approach for the current our country undoubtedly has important realistic meaning for the coal-fired power station operation, designing and reconstruction, also, it's an important theoretical guidance to narrow the coal consumption between our country and developed country, reduce the domestic coal consumption of current units rate.The traditional thermodynamic analysis method has its limitations, the limitations of the quality is usually focus only on the thermodynamics of thermal system performance test, without taking into account other factors such as cost etc, so it is not comprehensive reaction whole thermodynamic system as well as various equipment performance status. This paper is based on the theory of the structure, one of 600 MW supercritical coal-fired power plant for object, this paper establishes the physical structure figure and production structure figure of large-scale power plant complex system, calculates various conditions with each unit exergy cost, deeply analyzes different working conditions of formed cost and distribution law of thermodynamics process, reveals the energy loss sex, and quantitatively research the equipment exergy cost with parametric variations. The results show that, compared to traditional analysis method, this method is more reasonable and more accurate judgment to the potential of energy saving equipment for large-scale power plant and provides effective method for analysis and optimizing reconstruction of other complex energy systems operation performance.Through the modeling calculation and variable condition analysis. get change under the conditions of the entire system and various equipments performance operation characteristics of boiler and steam turbine units and device of water heater characteristic analysis, and obtained a certain result.
