Wind power and Solar photovoltaic power generation equipment has been put into the phase of large-scale business applications, However, these renewable energy sources have the characteristic of random fluctuation and intermittent, resulting in a shortcoming that the reliability of separate wind power and solar power system is low and the economic efficiency is poor. The application of Wind/ Solar/Battery hybrid power system will make up for the disadvantage mentioned above. Relying on the major national science and technology projects (2009ZX07210-009): "Technologies of restoration of water project South fourth lake degraded wetland and water quality improvement "as well as the subproject of demonstration task wind water-lifting aeration technology research, this article make a study on the optimization design of system of wind/solar/batter hybrid power system.1) On the basement of analyzing the output characteristics of wind turbine and solar photovoltaic panel's power generation system, it has discussed the wind and solar energy maximum track principle and circuit implementation method. On the basis of the principle of charging and discharging characteristic of the storage battery, it has discussed the main factors which affect the battery life.2) Based on the output characteristics of the wind turbine and photovoltaic power generation, it make a study on MPPT (maximum power point tracking) control strategy of wind turbine and the MPPT control strategy of photovoltaic power; Concentrate on the major factor that affect the battery life, it has discussed the battery energy management strategy; Base on the adjustable loading, it has discussed the control strategy of Load adjustable power.3) Based on least square method, it has proposed an optimization method for the installation angle of the solar panel.4) It has do some study on the capacity ratio of the wind, solar store complementary power system, and it also has proposed an optimization method LPSP (the Loss of Power Supply Probability) and LCC (the life cycle cost) as the optimization objective.
