Data Analysis And Application Research On Bus Life Cycle Cost

Accompanying with the booming new energy vehicle,auto industry especially for bus industry has been in a fresh stage.To export the products to the developed countries,the relevant companies should have the life-cycle cost management ability,which can improve the comprehensive capacity and enforce the leadership in the industry.According to a life-cycle cost management project from a bus company,a research on the evaluation method of life-cycle cost management has been conducted.First,information of life-cycle cost of bus has been analyzed and the cost of each process among manufacturing has been recognized.An useful massage reforming system has been built by reforming every piece of trial information during the manufacturing including surveys on each command proposed by interest side,combined the requirement of life-cycle cost management,filtered relevant information,integrated information chain by overload massages.Second,according to the classification of financial cost,combined the cost resources,six types of cost have been defined including purchasing cost,operation cost,maintain cost,impairment cost,delay cost and dispose cost.The total cost and each decomposition cost are achieved by statistical method and analogy.Finally,to manage the life-cycle cost,referring to the each decomposition life-cycle cost of previous products,a life-cycle cost strategy of new product has been proposed by configuring adjustment,construction optimization and so on.This paper is focus on the information acquisition and integration and case study on a bus is put forward.
