Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has high flux density, medium size, good reliability, and environmental adaptability, because of its great advantages, it is widely used in large-scale machinery processing, automobile manufacturing and energy-saving environmental protection and other areas. With the development and growth of these industries, more cost-effective speed control device, more accurate and smaller overshoot method of PMSM control system is an urgent need. This thesis summarizes the dqO shaft PMSM control system development model based on the overview of SVPWM vector control which is discussed in detail. In addition to PMSM, the development of sensorless technology is described, highlighting the observed speed of PMSM based on sliding mode observer. Based on SMO, four kind of anti-windup methods are applied to PMSM, and simulation is done with matlab simulation software.This thesis introduces the shaft PMSM under vector control dqO mathematical model, control strategy using id=0 for decoupling the control system. At the same time the classic method of PI control is used to control motor speed. With the rapid development of sensorless technology and the promotion of PMSM, a general study based on speed sensorless control strategy has become a hot research topic in the past several years. With the rapid development of microelectronic chip technology, sensorless technology has been widely used in all areas of industrial and agricultural production. In this thesis, speed sensorless observation control method for PMSM is used, it has high precision, fast response on parameters and insensitivity to external disturbances, it is a strong robustness, so it is suitable for PMSM control system to improve its performance. Taking into account the actual operation of the motor dynamic performance is not ideal characteristics of excessive overshoot, we design a variety of anti-windup of the PI controllers to compare, they played a very good inhibition to the saturation of the system.At the end, this thesis summarizes the whole work we have done, and then gives some conclusions and points out some future works.At the same time, I briefly introduce the PMSM control technology applications in motor control, and the idea of anti-windup technology in the PI control is also described. The PMSM speed control are summarized at the end of the thesis.
