With the dramatic development of electronic technology, computer science and field-oriented technique, the speed regulation technology of alternating current induction machine has made considerable progress. By decoupling between magnetizing current and torque current ,the vector control strategy is becoming a good competitor of traditional Direct Current motor speed control system, it has been widely used in industry. In order to achieve high performance vector control system and improve the robustness of the system. Therefore,this dissertation gives deep analysis and research on parameter identification, speed sensorless technology and the design of speed controller in vector control systems.Firstly, the control system simulation module based on the basic principles of vector control system is constituted in the Matlab/Simulink, secondly, the concept of parameter Estimation base on multiple innovation is introduced. The method using M program language in MATLAB to design the algorithm of Multi-innovation least squares is focused. Then, A novel method to estimate the parameters of AC motor is proposed for field orientation vector control system of the AC motor, which is based on multiple innovation least squares method. according to multiple innovation least squares of AC motor mathematic model, the rotor time constant,the total leakage factor and the stator inductances can be estimated based on the stator currents and stator voltages and speed, without using Rotor flux. The Simulation results show good estimating performance.Since the speed sensor has problems associated with installation,connections malfunction and so on. The speed estimation methods based on open-loop speed estimation algorithm are studied.because this algorithm strictly related to the motor model and its parameters,especially, rotor time constant and the stator resistance, a novel method to estimate the parameters of AC motor is proposed. According to multiple innovation least squares of AC motor mathematic model,rotor time constant and the stator resistance of AC motor can be estimated. The estimated parameters are then used as compensation in open loop speed estimation algorithm. Simulation results show the better performance of the sensorless vector control system.According to the requirements for parameter identification and the design of speed controller, rotor time constant and stator resistance of AC motor are estimated which base on the multiple innovation least squares to make AC motor uncoupling accurately. Because of its physical limits such as maximum current a voltage,the change of speed command or load willeventually cause the integral windup phenomenon. A new anti-windup speed controller is proposed by combining the conditional integration and conditioning technique anti-windup. The conditioning technique is employed in the conditional integration strategy when the controller saturates. The simulation results based on MATLAB proved the efficiency of Anti-windup speed controller and AC indirect vector control system.
