| Car dumper is an efficient and successive unloading bulk material equipment mainly used to unload railroad gondola car loaded special. Now, it's widely used in the power plant, port terminals, steel cement and chemical industry enterprises all over the world. As the industry continues to increase the amount of coal transportation, workload of car dumper is more heaviness, easily to find stress concentration at the welded of steel structure. The cracks will emerge at stress concentration sites, and growth over time, it will lead to structural damage and grave accidents ultimately. According to statistics, the fatigue fracture damage is the total number of mechanical damage of 50%. The detection and analysis for the tipple, can effectively avoid the accident. At the same time it's an important countermeasure for design, and has important research value.In this paper, a certain type of C-tipple has been studied. The thesis compared theoretical analysis and Static and dynamic strain measured, analyzed the values and characteristics of the load in the course of actual operation, and determined the load set of the tipple. On this basis, we established a three-dimensional finite element model of tipper and associated with boundary conditions, using finite element software I-DEAS, the thesis had static analysis of the car dumper in different conditions, and stress distribution and deformation pictures. Compared with the measurement data to verify the accuracy of the results. At last the thesis analyzed the dynamic mode and buckling. The research results have provided a valuable reference to the standardization of structural analysis of C-tipple. |
