With the further development of production, our traditional energy industry have been unable to meet the demand of economical development. Therefore, it is imminent to seek and develop renewable energy and oil substitutes to suit China's national conditions. Biomass energy resources are very rich in China. According to statistics, China's biomass energy resources potential is equivalent to 500 million tons of standard coal each year.As one of the biomass utilization technology, Rotating Cone Flash Pyrolysis Device occupies an important position in numerous producing bio-oil technologies, which has the characteristics of high heating rate, short solid phase retention period and gas phase retention period. However, until today, most of the Rotating Cone's structure designs are based on common design optimization method. Rotating Cone which has been designed by common design optimization method may not reach the best condition in efficiency and service life withnot fully considering the design parameter uncertainty and fuzziness of design criteria. Therefore, based on the analysis of the Rotating Cone's structure, combining fuzzy optimization theory and ANSYS finite element analysis software, this article is looking forward to exploring a method to optimize the cone.The paper is based on Harbin city science and technology innovation talents research special funds projects (2007RFQXG004). Based on the analysis of the dynamic model of heat carrier, it gave the radius of Rotating Cone section with speed and time relationship and the initial model of Rotating Cone. It discussed the affect of the Rotating Cone's weight to the economy and stability and put forward the object to optimize the weight of the Rotating Cone. Based on the fuzzy optimization theory, the asymmetric fuzzy optimization mathematical model has been put forward. The weight of Rotating Cone has been reduced by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the improving optimal level of cut sets method and ANSYS software optimizing the Rotating Cone. Using ANSYS software simulating Rotating Cone's heat transfer analysis and finding the internal temperature distribution of the Rotating Cone structure in different moment. the experimental results verified the reliability of the Rotating Cone's structure model, this method provided a new thought for choosing the preheating time of the Rotating Cone. The pyrolysis experiment which can produce Bio-oil has been done by using the designed Rotating cone, and the experimental results calculated its handling biological ability per hour and the oil production rate of this device in a certain speed.
