With the popular application and performance improve of computer, Research on the interaction of superstructure, foundation and soil mass has been known by more people. The analysis of interaction involves geotechnical engineering and structural engineering etc. That would be widely applied to complex structural forms and the geological condition.Karst, in our areas is a very general geologic disaster, chiefly existed in GuangXi, GuiZhou, YunNan province and northeast of GuangDong province. Construction of tall buildings in karst area, the existence of karst hole caused foundation stiffness weaken, thus affecting the force and settling of the overall structure. How to find safety and economic equilibrium in structural design, the analysis method of interaction will provide a reliable support in structural design.In recent years, research on the interaction of superstructure, foundation and soil mass has made great advances. On the basis of predecessor research, I used the software of ANSYS, apply to consider the effect on the stiffness change of the interaction of superstructure, foundation and soil mass, and relate with a particular project work, analysis the changed circumstances of force and deposition among superstructure, raft and foundation. That will guide the design work inpractical project. Specifically, main elements are as follows:1. Build a three-dimensional model by the software of ANSYS, analysis the effect on force and deposition by the stiffness change of superstructure under the vertical load.2. Build a three-dimensional model by the software of ANSYS, analysis the effect on force and deposition by the stiffness change of raft under the vertical load.3. Build a three-dimensional model by the software of ANSYS, analysis the effect on force and deposition by the stiffness change of karst foundation under the vertical load.Finally, on the basis of the overall review in the paper work, get the relevant regular conclusion for further research.
