Technically speaking,the metal wiremesh-maglev vibration isolator belongs to the active-passive vibration isolator.According to the theory of the vibration control, passive vibration isolator has many advantages.For example, no need of external energy,strong carrying ability, good low-frequency vibration isolation performance, simple and practical.But it can`t perform in high-frequency vibration environment well.At the same time, although the active vibration isolator has many advantages,such as wide controllable band, good control capability,it still need very large external energy,and the structure is also complex,the practicability is worse than the passive vibration isolator.So,it become more and more noticeable that finding a new way to control the vibration which contains both of the advantages of the passive vibration isolator and the active vibration isolator and get rid of their dis advantages.In this paper,taking the AAW-400 as an example, the isolation features of the metal wiremesh-maglev vibration isolator which belongs to passive vibration isolator has been analyzed.Through the introduction of the preparation of the metal wiremesh block,its physical properties has been charactered.By the theoretical modeling,the statics and dynamics simulation test,it has proved that the metal wiremesh-maglev vibration isolator has good performance of the vibration buffering and damping,so it fits for low-frequency vibration environment.In addition, the isolation features of the maglev vibration isolator which belongs to active vibration isolator has been analyzed.According to the data from the experiment on the MTS809 electrohydraulic servomechanism,combining the the classic T J Yeh model, the electromagnetic actuator`s mathematical model has been created by the least squares ways.Moreover,the maglev vibration isolation system`s entire model has been established by the method of mechanism modeling.After the experiment,it is proved that the maglev vibration isolator has good performance of the vibration buffering and damping,so it fits for high-frequency vibration environment,and its vibration tracking features in the low-frequency vibration environment are also very good.At the end of this paper, the metal wiremesh-maglev vibration isolator`s inner-structure and the principle of its work has been introduced.It has been anlysised that the entire vibration isolation system`s features in the 7.0~15.0Hz vibration environment.It is proved that the level of the vibration has reduced by 8dB through this system with the change of the excitation frequency,and its isolation features has been steady.
