With the development of science and technology, people on the vibration of the various environmental and equipment demand become higher and higher, The traditional single passive and active vibration isolator has gradually can not meet the needs of people. Therefore the paper designed a hybrid isolator, which is composed of the active actuator and the passive vibration isolator in series. This method can effectively reduce the energy loss and achieve better effect of vibration isolation through the control of the actuator using appropriate control algorithms.The thesis is mainly divided into several parts, first of all the dynamic characteristic of the inertial actuator was studied, and reached that the output force of actuator were mainly related to the air gap field strength ,coil turns and the current size. On this basis, the ANSOFT software is used to simulate the magnetic circuit during the magnetic circuit design and optimize the design of the actuator. The Mechanical Design Handbook software was used to design the stiffness of support springs to ensure that the stiffness can meet the requirements of the actuator.The actuator needs experimental verification after the actuator is finished which include the test of the system stiffness and acceleration response. After test of no electricity static and electricity two state, the paper reached that the system stiffness of the actuator is 40Hz, the transfer function of the acceleration response and current conform to the theoretical value of the voltage, the output force of actuator increased with increasing of the current.Then thesis chose and test a rubber isolator designed according to the designed electromagnetic actuator, In the 10-150Hz frequency domain, rubber isolator has a damping effect and the effect is between 2db and 6.2db. Then the rubber isolator is rigidly connected to the actuator, its characteristics is as same as the rubber isolators.After the test, active vibration control experiments are carried out using LMS algorithm,the experimental effect is good. Compared with single rubber vibration isolator,using active actuator control can reduce 2.7-14.4 db, achieved the desired effect.
