With the demand for continuous power supply and growing awareness to green energy, piezoelectric generation technology which use the new piezoelectric materials has become a hot research field. The piezoelectric material is a energy-saving environmentally materials which depend on the deformation of the external vibration to generate electricity, The piezoelectric generation device that use of piezoelectric material has some advantages such as simple structure, no heat, low cost, easy to achieve miniaturization and integration of the structural, etc. We found from domestic and international data of piezoelectric materials, there are many factors that affect the power generation capacity, in this paper, it achieves the mechanical energy and electrical energy conversion take advantage of the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics, and does experimental analysis and testing to the various influencing factors. The main contents in this article are as follows:1. Through the characteristics analysis to the piezoelectric vibrator and a variety of piezoelectric materials. According to the theory of piezoelectric effect, this article power choose a named PZT-5H piezoelectric ceramic materials that for generating piezoelectric.2. We introduce in a simple way to the structure and size parameters, support methods, motivational methods which influence power output of the piezoelectric vibrator. We describe the vibration and power generation performance for the different shapes of piezoelectric vibrator, which lay the foundation provide the theoretical guidance for future.3. We do experiment and test to the finite element analysis software for the power generation performance of piezoelectric vibrator. This experiment analy various factors that impact generation of the piezoelectric vibrator, such as piezoelectric vibrator that has different shapes, different support methods, different load resistance, single and double chip has different impact on the output voltage under different connection mode.4. In order to improve the generation capacity of the piezoelectric vibrator, in this paper, based on the summary of the results, this paper presents some ideas and outlook on the next research work.
