Combining the scientific project of Higher Education Department of Liaoning Province,"Research in the piezoelectric vibration feeder with the tilt vibrators",in the vertical design of liner piezoelectric vibration feeder,based on the structure through the existing feeder and transmission characteristics,a new type of spiezoelectric vibration feeder structure--piezoelectric vibration feeder with the tilt vibrators is designed.The paper work is mainly the mechanism analysis and experimental study.The research of the structure the piezoelectric vibration feeder was done by the finite element analysis software,the theory of mechanical kinematics,piezoelectricity material sciences.On the piezoelectric bimorphs ANSYS simulation study carried out by orthogonal test analysis shows the main size factors which influence the piezoelectric bimorphs resonant frequency and amplitude.There the best size of the piezoelectric bimorphs by lots of tests has been got.Finally,we got the piezoelectric bimorph resonant frequency and amplitude base on ANSYS simulation tests.Design a special structure of the new feeder,and make structure decomposition,get the mechanical model of the new feeder base on the Analysis of the transmission theory to understand the factors that affect the feeding speed;Do the finite element analysis on the drive source by ANSYS,extract the 3-order vibration mode by modal analysis,get the resonant frequency and resonant amplitude of drive source by harmonic analysis.Do the finite element analysis on three different structures,get the first vibration mode which we need,draw its displacement cloud.Test the piezoelectric vibration feeder with the tilt vibrators,examined the relationship between the frequency and the feed rate,and also the relationship between the voltage and the feeding rate.Compared with the linear weeder,we get the conclusion:speed of transmission level is improved.
