Wheel loader is a kind of construction machinery widely used. The quality of it's performance is related to speed,efficiency and costs of engineering construction. Wheel loader usually drives on uneven road and it's working condition is more abominable. When wheel loader is driving,working device and material in the bucket is subject to uneven road and obstacle. That leads to vibration of the whole machinery. What's worse,it causes pitching oscillation. Wheel loader is traveling for a distance or working,it can't reduce the vibration caused by high speed. So it limits the development of wheel loader to the high speed and high efficiency.The main aim of this paper is to develop a set of coupling vibration reduction which reduces the material spillage from bucket and improve the vibration of the whole machinery. When wheel loader is working,the connection between working device and machine frame is seen as rigid. But when this system is added to wheel load,the connection is not rigid any more. That will reduce the material spillage,vibration of the whole machinery and relive fatigue to operator of the machinery.The research content of this paper is as below. According to it's working principle and vibration theory, the vibration model of the whole machine is built, stiffness character and damping character are analyzed based on analyzing the coupling vibration reduction system for all kinds of loaders. Then, mathematic model is built, and relationship between rigid character of the system and initial pressure and volume of accumulator, the mass of material in the bucket and displacement of lift arm is studied by programming and drawing in MATLAB, and it is indicated that changing initial pressure of accumulator is the simplest and most efficient way of changing the stiffness character. According to"GB7031—Vehicle Vibration Method for Road Surface Irregularity", all kinds of road excitations are built. The solid model of the whole machine was simulated and analyzed, according to virtual prototyping theory and technology, using 3D software—Pro/E and dynamic software—ADAMS and many road excitations which are composed by harmonic excitation and random road excitation and etc. Finally, rationality and accuracy of the simulation is analyzed and it is indicated that the vibration reduction system has guide significance for engineering to some extend.
