Characteristic Analysis And Dynamic Emulation Of The Mining Anti-explosion Wheel Loader System

Virtual Prototyping Technology (VP) is interdisciplinary hybird integrated system, which is made up of simulation, AI, Computer Graphics, Multimedia and so on. It can shorten time of design cycle and reduce costs of products, it can accurately analyse result and produce high-quality and excellent products; It reacts to design alteration rapidly; it can quickly and accurately forecast the product capability.In this dissertation, the following are the main aspects of studying the virtual wheel loader model.The modeling steps of realizing the virtual wheel loader prototype is put forward, taking the integrated mechanic hybrid property of the wheel loader into account. The wheel loader has been divided into related subsystems according to the need of abstract modeling; building the 3-Dimension parameter the virtual wheel loader prototype of work equipment, running system, tire model in the software ADAMS. It mainly involves modeling of the subsystems and model integration through parameter correlation, data interface setting up. The virtual wheel loader prototype is simulated by means of Kinematics and Dynamic model investigation.Considering complexity of the virtual wheel loader prototype system, in order to studying the working equipment of kinematics and dynamics. Simulation results are studied by the virtual work equipment testing. We can find the main technical data of the working equipment and joint movement displacement or velocity and force graph. Based on the above research, the accuracy of the virtual prototype model is verified according to the comparison the test data with the simulation results.With the results of kinematics and dynamics analysis and visual dynamics, simulation of the wheel loader has been verified by longitudinal and transverse stability.
