With the development of urban road traffic,as well as our per capita increased car ownership,the traffic accident rate increases.Among them,vehicle speed is traffic accidents on the main factors,accounted for a larger proportion.Set the speed bump in moving vehicles,non-motor,both from the reminder and to decelerate purpose,effective protection of urban road traffic safety.Scientific settings to speed bump , it can reduce vibration reduction with environmental pollution,improve efficiency with speed reducer,effectively improve road traffic safety conditions;on the other hand,may be ineffective or even become a highway on human barricades may even cause the second accident,Paper analyses in-depth study the influence with vibration generated by the vehicles crossing speed bump,and then example analysis on the vibration and speed-limiting effect of speed bump,finally the speed bump setting method was proposed.First of all,According to the various features of the different size type speed control hump,including forms,advantages and disadvantages of insight,Proposes that the design conditions of ideal speed bump,and came to the speed bump set principles.Then,The process of vibration generated by the vehicles crossing speed bump can be divided into three stages:the shock to the speed bump generated by the tires;process the vibration when vehicle model with two freedoms crossing speed bumps;the shock to the ground when the vehicle falls down on the ground.By setting up the simplified collision model,vehicle model and jumped model.According to the layered soil stiffness matrix method to calculate the ground response under impact force.Then,studies the mechanics of the generation of the vibration,Analyses the influence factors of vibration,Finally,By carrying out an experiment to study the ground vibration induced by vehicle crossing speed bump.The result showed that the ground vibration increased with the vehicle speed and the height and width of speed bump,and the trend was more clearly for the heavier vehicle.
