Whether from the whole world economy environment, or from the form of China's macroeconomic development view, saving energy is imperative. Especially in our country, energy resources, fewer per capita energy possessive amount only for the world average of 40%. China's current building energy consumption quite stark, Our new house a total construction area of average up to 16 to 20 million square meters, More than all developed countries, building area of combined, And every square meters building area of heating energy consumption is developed countries around three times the energy consumption, In our country's energy consumption of building energy consumption in China and the more than 25% of the total energy consumption. Building energy efficiency, has become urgent construction industry faces now major issue.China's construction energy conservation work startting evening, until the early 1980s has just begun. At present although made some achievements, but the situation of energy-saving building is still very serious. Construction energy conservation work smoothly, architecture can energy saving effect meets the energy requirements, not only need a system, perfect, and the corresponding legal regulations, energy-saving standard, but it needs to be standardized, standard and practical convenient detection means. And currently, test and evaluation buildings at home and abroad, many disadvantages can effect by heat flux plan method and hot box method. But whether heat flow plan method, or hot box method has its limitations, its use is restricted. Therefore, building thermal law field detection need to develop a practical and convenient operation of building energy efficiency of testing technology, in order to improve the level of the field detection, promoting energy conservation test.In view of this, this article based on the current situation of energy-saving detection method on-site insufficient, through infrared thermography quantitative detection exterior heat transfer coefficient method. Based on the exterior walls of the heat transfer process in research and analysis, based on one-dimensional steady heat transfer theory, establishes the heat transfer coefficient and building exterior surface temperature, and puts forward the mathematical relationship of using infrared thermography detection exterior heat transfer coefficient operating methods. Test results show that the method proposed in this paper can be quantitatively assess exterior thermal performance, this method is rapid, easy to operate, with non-contact measurement, detection, no damage to the tested object, doesn't interfere with residents, especially suitable for both building energy-saving detection.
