Along with the transportation development in our country, a indispensable important component of it is the highway bridge, the multi-number old bridge is defers to lowly standard and the old standard designed,simultaneously the bad environmental condition and heavy traffic influence, quite many RC bridge was damaged. Therefore, in the bridge examination, how to evaluate the small span beam bridge's bearing capacity and the security accurate and fast,and judg bridge practical work condition, appraise bridge structure bearing capacity and the operation condition is very important.Based on the the faults of traditional bridge load test and other capacity evaluation can only qualitative evaluation of the bearing capacity, proposed a method based on static test which can evaluate the existing reinforced concrete bridge in the bearing capacity of the operation stage fast and accurate and quantitative. Through the static test parameter selection, analysis, and through the fixed structure stiffness and reinforcement ratio to quantitatively evaluated the RC bridge carrying capacity. And choose a transverse distribution model correction method to calculate the coefficient of transverse distribution of the bridge, and then realize through the revised transverse distribution coefficient carrying capacity assessment into the bearing capacity of the single evaluation.Through the static test, based on the study of the theory, in order to evaluate RC bridge in service for carrying capacity more efficient, use Borland C++ Buider programming platform established a rapid screening evaluation calculation software, the user only need input the static test parameters can be obtained rapidly, automatically calculate the RC bridge reinforcement ratio and bearing capacity, the bearing capacity of the evaluation for the bridge provide a computer-aided tools, through this calculation software can greatly shorten the time evaluation to calculate the bearing capacity of RC bridge.Through the static test model tests analysis quantitative assessment the carrying capacity of reinforced concrete model beams. For the whole bridge will assess the carrying capacity of the bridge model into a model of a single beams assessment. Carrying capacity of the proposed evaluation method, a quick review of assessment to calculate calculation software, through a single model of the bridge beams and whole bridge model and real bridge experimental verification, the assessment method is practical and feasible, Evaluation for the rapid calculation software is accurate and reliable.
