Steel Frame Structure is very common used, but the lateral stiffness of steel frame is generally low, resulting in a larger story drift. In order to make the steel framework have a better lateral resistant ability, the steel frame is usually filled with some lateral components. In the earthquake, the lateral component play the role of first line of defense, For example, Concrete Shear Walls infilled Steel Frame, Brace infilled Steel Frame, Steel Plate Shear Walls infilled Steel Frame. But these structures are not able to achieve the gradual stiffness AM. In this paper, a kind of lateral component - Composite Deep Beams, which can achieve the gradual stiffness. Composite Deep beam is composed with steel and concrete panel, connected together through the high-strength bolts. It is easy to product in the factory. After the earthquake, the Composite deep beam can be easily demolished and replaced. It is easy to realize the recycling of resources, In line with the requirements of creating conservation-minded society, besides, Composite Deep beams can be used for structural strengthening. The main contents are described as follows:According to the experimental study of Composited Deep Beam infilled the Steel Frame structure (CDBF).We got the feature points of specimens, the coefficient of energy dissipation, hysteresis curve and skeleton curve, then give the contrast analysis. SAP2000 is used for time history analysis of Six-story steel frame and Six-story CDBF. We got the displacement of top point, the shear of base, the displacement of story and plastic hinge. After infilled Deep beams, the carrying capacity became to stronger, and made the steel frame safer. Deep beams play a role of the first line of resistance earthquake.
