Corrugated steel webs build-up beam, a new type of steel-concrete structure, with its good stress performance, has been widely used in Japan, Europe and America. The build-up beam makes full use of the character of both concrete and steel, and it can realise the lightening of the main beam, which will processingly alleviate the engineer of the underlying structure. This paper firstly introduces the development and structure character (including the shape of the corrugated steel webs, the type of the shear connect, et al) of the corrugated steel webs build-up box girder bridge, as well as its structure stress characteristic. According to the research status aboard and in, proposed the main research in this paper. On the basis of the existing analysis result and the built corrugated steel webs bridge, take a theory analysis on the stress behavior of trapezoidal corrugated steel webs applied in built bridges, including the mechanics properties about the axial deformation, local bulking, overall bulking, synthesis bulking stability, et al.Analysis the mechanics properties of PC curved box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs, by means of general finite element analysis software ANSYS:(1) Verify the validity of the model, through a comparison of ANSYS result and experiment result.(2) Compare and analysis the mechanic properties of PC curved box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs and the traditional PC curved box girder bridge by means of ANSYS.(3) Analysis the influence of different curvature radius, bearings, and horizontal clapboard eccentric decorate to the deformation and stress performance of PC curved box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs...
