With the power improvement of the modern chemical weapons, the requirements to the buildings and the equipment are more and more strict, so the reasonable design of blast resistant door can ensure the personnel life safety and the equipment in good condition when the blast occurs around. The research of blast-resistant door is not a few in this years. but there was less research for the design of blast-resistant door,especially in practical application. The door of the engineering design was according to the specific situation analysis and optimization in the different conditions such as different role explosion, different site conditions and different size of blast-resistant door.This paper mainly aims at the design research of the blast resistant door in the places having higher requirements such as the armed forces and the explosion laboratory.Main research works of this paper are as follows:1.Review the classification of explosion and the characteristics of explosion,and the influence of the explosin to the structure,and the theory of explosion-proof by collect material.2. Under the guidance of the concept of anti-explosion design and based on the finite element analysis technology, this paper established the space fine finite element analysis models of the flat shape blast-resistant door and the vaulted blast-resistant door, and the mechanical characteristics of the blast resistant door under the action of static load were researched in this paper.3. Based on the finite element analysis, this paper has done some researches to the influencing stress factors of the blast resistant door. This paper considered the influence of the changes in the thickness of the steel plate, the beam model and the distance of the beam, which can provides the basis for the design and the optimization to blast resistant door.According to the finite element analysis this paper got the value range of the data in the design of blast-resistant door.4. According to mechanical knowledge of general project this paper got the simplified calculation method of the blast-resistant door. 5. Based on the design of the blast-resistant door in Practical engineering, this paper completed the optimization design of blast-resistant door according to the engineering material. we have got the pressure on the door was static load equivalent seven MPa, according to the summarized formula to design the blast-resistant door,get the structure model and the size of blast-resistant door.
