The dramatically rapid development of automobile industry, the expansion of road and the increasing of cars leads to serious noise pollution, which will influence on people's normal life and even jeopardize the health physically and mentally. Tire, as the only part, contacts with ground which directly impacts the comfort and stability of the people sitting inside, due to the noise radiation and vibration. The domestic and foreign automobile corporations have begun to focus on the study. Tire test-bed can collect and test tire noise.In the following passage, the control scheme will be proposed to aim at tire's control circuit, the main controlling elements and control system.In accordance with the work of tire test-bed design boom control circuit and brake control circuit, General Electric control system of test machine control system for tire, it is difficult to resolve speed issues of test machine, after study the introduction of frequency converters to go through the computer control arm and brake, Determine the tire test bed control circuit.Through the massive research of the relevant products and comparison, the controlling-system main parts have been confirmed.The detecting and the hardware of testing system are designed, including the calculation of microphone selection, mechanical sensors and torque sensors.Design the hardware of the detection and test system, include choosing the microphone,designing calculation the tire load and troque sensor. Take the method of pasting the foil gage on the revolving shaft block sleeve to measure the tire load, make the troque sensor on the drum break shaft to measure the tire brake force, the theoreticalvelocity and actual speed of the tire are measured by proximity switch(or photoelectric switch).Based on the theory of vibration and automatic control, the analysis of dynamics for tire test power transmission system has been done. It offers the most powerful theoretical basis for the safe and efficient operation.
