Analysis Of Steel Box Girder Double Arch Bridge Of High Speed Railway

Double arch bridge is a new form of structure developed in recent years. Compared with traditional tied arch, double arch birdge is artistic and beautiful. The research for double arch bridge has mainlly forcused in Franch until now. In China, some reports are relative with small span concrete filled steel tube double arch bridge. There are relatively less research about this kind of bridge in China.Long span double arch bridge is used in Xinkai River in Ha-Da Line. This bridge has fresh structure, beautiful form and high technology. The construction of this bridge provied a new design way for design of interchange over highway, railway and rivers. It also push forward the innovation of bridge design.This paper is focused on how to resolve the key technological proplems about double arch bridge, for the porpose of its wide application in railway bridge in China. The content of this paper is shown below.Firstly, scheme comparision is conducted for the whole steel deck, based on the experience at home and abroad. What's more, the analysis and character comparision are made among face slab ballastless slot ways, concrete whole deck structure and steel whole deck structure.Secondly, the beam model and solid plate model are bulit respectively for Xinkai River in Ha-Da Line. Using the beam model, the internal force and stress are analysised for tied beam, longitudinal beam, cross beam, suspender, steel plate and cross-brace between arch rib. What else, the local strength of arch springing and concrete deck are studied and checked using the solid plate model.Finally, the shear connection key is designed and checked. The checking calculation shows that all the shear connection keys on cross beam meet the requirement of capacity and fatigue.
