In the construction process of the Shield, leading to ground subsidence is mainly due to the separating of the Shield tail and segment, and forming the gap between soil layer and the outer wall of segment. In order to reduce the impact on the layer formation by Shield construction, the end Shield must be filled promptly and effectively. That is synchronous grouting technology. But it isn't successful example of international that grouting pressure and grouting volume to adjust to change of the environment achieve the purpose of precision grouting. This article is against this background, researching and designing equipment and control system of Shield Grout.The research project includes improving and designing Grout equipment, process designing of Grout, hardware and software designing of Grout control system, and the use of optimal tracking control algorithm to optimize the design of Grout.Shield Grout key technical problems: 1. Grout required grouting pressure changing with the water pressure in the process of Shield, grouting volume changing with the speed of Shield. To achieve the precise effect of grouting, Grout must have the following performance; 2. Shield is a large energy-consuming equipment, so saving energy has become the primary condition for Shield designing. In this paper, grouting equipment and control algorithm are designed to solve key technical problems. Load sensing variable displacement pump hydraulic system is used to the Shield Grout, and on this basis, designing its optimal tracking control and simulating. Through the empirical results show that the load sensitivity of the load sensing variable displacement pump hydraulic system can save energy and improving the grouting, optimal tracking control algorithm can achieve the following control of the Shield Grout and saving energy, Grout key technical problems are solved.
