How to improve hydraulic systems's efficiency and use its advantage is a big problem that people should pay attention.The electro-hydraulic proportional load-sensitive variable displacement pump control the flow and pressure,and make them accommodate with load automationly.It has been widely used in metallurgy,mine,infuse mold,shipping,heavy machine and other places.It has advantage of simple system and saving energy.This thesis research on the YL-37 electro-hydraulic proportional load-sensitive variable displacement piston pump.It does a lot of theoretical research and experiment test.In chapter 1, the history and current research status of the electro-hydraulic proportional technology and electro-hydraulic proportional load-sensitive variable displacement pump are introduced based on a lot of the publications and conference papers.Then expounds the research significance and the research contents.In chapter 2, the working principle of the electro-hydraulic proportional load-sensitive variable displacement pump is introduced.The pump control system includeing the ectro-hydraulic proportional flow valve, the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure valve and load-sensive valve are designed.In chapter 3, a simulation model of the ectro-hydraulic proportional flow valve and the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure valve are established with AMEsim.The simulation results show that the two valves have good performance.In chapter 4,design and set up the test-bed of the ectro-hydraulic proportional load-sensitive variable displacement piston pump.It does a lot of experiment test.In chapter 5, summarizes the research of the whole thesis briefly,and brings forward sequential work to be done in the future.
